A Computer/PC Health Check is important to MAINTAIN YOUR COMPUTER ON A REGULAR BASIS to help PREVENT SYSTEM CRASHES and to optimise your computers performance.

What's not included

Initial Repairs - if the PC refuses to boot or exhibits fatal errors.
Plugs , wires, cables, batteries discs, Cosmetic or accidental damage, Damage due to flood, dampness missue.

The 'Health Check' and extra services will usually require to be done in our workshop but to limit your downtime, we can also offer a priority service or arrange to collect on a Friday and return it to you on Monday.*

Hardware Setup, Support and Repair

Our technicians will setup new hardware or repair any equipment which is not working properly and we can provide replacements where required.

Hardware Upgrades

Have you installed new software or is your computer just not running fast / efficiently enough? Perhaps you need additional memory, a new CD drive or a bigger hard drive - all of which can be done by our team.

Remote support

Day to day desktop and network support for your home or business computer(s) can be carried out remotely without us even having to visit your premises. Our remote support services include operating system issues, updating of anti virus protection and desktop and server troubleshooting.
